Becoming a CrownSync Partner

The CrownSync Partner Programme is designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), security consultancies, and virtual CISOs who manage incident response on behalf of multiple client organisations. As a partner, you gain access to the partner portal, which lets you deploy, monitor, and manage playbooks across your entire client base from a single dashboard.

How to Apply

To apply for the partner programme:

1. Visit the CrownSync Partners page
2. Click Apply to Become a Partner
3. Complete the application form with your company details, including:
   • Company name and Companies House registration number
   • Number of client organisations you manage
   • Services you provide (MSP, MSSP, consulting, vCISO)
   • Your current approach to incident response management
   • Primary contact name and email
4. Submit the application

What Is Required

To qualify for the partner programme, your organisation should:

• Be a registered UK company or operate within the UK market
• Manage or advise on incident response for at least two client organisations
• Have a designated point of contact who will administer the partner account
• Commit to maintaining client playbooks and conducting regular reviews

Review Process

Partner applications are reviewed by the CrownSync team within five business days. The review process includes:

1. Application review— Verification of company details and service offerings
2. Companies House check— Confirmation of your company registration status
3. Onboarding call— A brief call with the CrownSync team to discuss your requirements and walk through the partner portal
4. Activation— Your partner account is activated and you receive access to the partner portal

Partner Tiers

The partner programme includes multiple tiers based on the number of client organisations you manage:

• Standard Partner— Up to 10 client organisations. Includes partner portal access, client onboarding tools, and activity monitoring.
• Professional Partner— Up to 50 client organisations. Includes everything in Standard plus priority support, custom branding options, and access to the marketplace for publishing custom templates.
• Enterprise Partner— Unlimited client organisations. Includes everything in Professional plus a dedicated account manager, API rate limit increases, and co-marketing opportunities.

Your partner tier is determined during the onboarding process based on your current and projected client count. Tier upgrades are available at any time by contacting the CrownSync team.
