Partner Team Management
The partner portal supports multiple team members within your partner organisation. This allows your consultants, account managers, and technical staff to access the partner dashboard and monitor client organisations based on their assigned responsibilities.
Inviting Partner Team Members
To invite a team member to your partner account:
- Navigate to Partner Portal → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select their role (Partner Admin or Partner Member)
- Click Send Invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your partner team. If they already have a CrownSync account, they sign in with their existing credentials. Otherwise, they create a new account.
Partner Roles
Partner team members are assigned one of the following roles:

Information
Partner roles are separate from organisation roles. A person can be both a Partner Admin and a Member (or Admin) of their own organisation simultaneously. The two role sets do not interfere with each other.
Removing Partner Team Members
To remove a team member from your partner account:
- Navigate to Partner Portal → Team
- Find the member you want to remove
- Click Remove
- Confirm the removal
Removal is immediate. The person loses access to the partner dashboard and all client organisation views. Their activity remains in the audit log. Removal from the partner team does not affect their personal CrownSync account or any other organisation memberships they may have.
Team Size Limits
The number of partner team members is determined by your partner tier. Standard Partners can have up to 5 team members, Professional Partners up to 20, and Enterprise Partners have no limit. If you need additional seats, contact the CrownSync team to discuss upgrading your partner tier.
