CrownSync Playbooks offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, contact our team for a subscription that fits your organisation.

Free Trial

When you create an account, your organisation automatically receives a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full, unrestricted access to the entire platform, including:

All 42 incident response playbooks
Unlimited PDF exports with no watermarks or restrictions
Drill mode and incident logging
Communication templates
Team collaboration and external collaborator invitations
Service desk and SIEM integrations

Subscribing After the Trial

Subscribe to get: unlimited PDF exports, no watermarks, no restrictions. To set up a subscription that fits your organisation:

Navigate to Admin → Subscription
Click Contact Us or email [email protected]
A member of the CrownSync team will discuss your requirements and confirm a subscription within one business day

Billing Changes Are Owner-Only

While Admin users can view the subscription page, only the organisation Owner can manage billing details. If you are an Admin and need to change the subscription, ask your organisation's Owner to process the request.

Partner Portal Access

If your organisation is a Managed Service Provider, MSSP, or consultancy that manages incident response for multiple client organisations, the partner portal is available as part of your subscription. The partner portal lets you deploy and monitor playbooks across your entire client base from a single dashboard.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact the CrownSync support team at [email protected]. Cancellation requests are processed within one business day. Upon cancellation, your organisation retains read-only access to existing playbooks until the end of the current billing period.
